Whether you are a novice player, a former youth player finally scraping the rust off your skate blades after 10 or 15 years or have played the game all of your life, you don't want to miss it.

  • Excellent for youth coaches to learn new drills and how to teach the game.
Ask about our youth coach discount!
  • Develop your skating and puck skills
  • Safety — reduce the risk of injuries
  • Improve your fitness level
  • Improve your overall knowledge and enjoyment of the game
  • Get Better! Get out of your comfort zone, get off the bench and get into the game!

Goaltenders - shots, shots and more shots in all situations. When do you get a chance to practice? Here's a great chance to refine your skills, receive tips and feedback and learn more about your position as it relates to the game!

As adult registration numbers grow, so does the need for good instruction

The Value

"This is the first time I’ve taken a instructional class of any type, and I can’t believe how much this one clinic has helped my play. I’m 46 years old and have only been skating 4 years and in 10 weeks my skating and pucks skills have improved greatly. This extra confidence makes the game much more fun. Thanks."

— M. PRICE

"I thoroughly enjoyed the session. I freshened up on skills I knew, and I also learned more from this one session than I have in the last three years of playing in house leagues and drop-in. It’s a great bargin and I am certainly looking forward to the next session so that I can continue to improve my skills, learn new things and just enjoy the game of hockey. Thank you."

— J. BURGEE

“I have just completed my second year as a Breakfast Club participant, and I am still learning about the game of hockey. The program gives me the opportunity to improve my hockey skills, and it is a great workout. I am one of the coaches for my son’s team, and my coaching skills have improved drastically since I started to skate at the Breakfast Club.”

— H. KONISHI

“I have been taking the Breakfast Club for the past six years and it has improved my play each time I take the class.
— J. STONE

“Great class, I looked forward to going every week. The instructors were great and content was very informative.”

— D. WESTBROOK
