Professional coaching of individual skills and team concepts for hockey players of all ages and skill levels.
Spring Training League format
- 2 1-hour sessions per week
- 16 hours of ice time
- Professional coaching by SHS trainers during practice session and Game Day
- Training
- 8 skill building practice sessions
- Skating instruction on forward and backward stride, stopping, starting and turning
- Skill instruction in puck control, passing, shooting and stick checking
- Game Day
- Positional play instruction
- Game concepts
- Team play
- Referees and rules

- No skates on Sunday, May 9 due to Mother's Day. No skates on Sunday, May 30 due to Memorial Day weekend.
Please note: All ice times include 10 minutes for resurfacing.• Full Hockey Equipment Required (Jersey provided) • Credit certificates will be issued on all cancellations. • A $40 fee will be assessed for all NSF checks.
